Hikaru Aoyama's fifth yoga ``Twisting Pose''. There are multiple versions of this, but this time it's the supine version. Another name is abdominal twist pose. The effect seems to be concentrated on the stomach.
Twisting stimulates the kidneys and intestines, which has a high detox effect and is said to have the effect of increasing metabolism. The key point is to twist the internal blood flow to temporarily stop and release it. It also seems to be effective in relieving constipation. However, the tightening of the waist is questionable.
I asked Hikaru to do a twisting pose in a triangle bikini.
Lie on your back and raise both knees.
Bend both knees to either side. If it's on the right, place your right hand on your left knee. Try to keep your right knee on the floor as much as possible.
Place your left hand near your butt. Turn your palms up.
Breathe for 10 counts.
Return to your back and do the opposite side.
Actually, I'm going to change the palms a bit, but it's a twisting pose that even beginners can easily do. Continuing is more important than doing it properly.
